Link3D Expands European Union Presence

January 29, 2020 -- Boulder, CO -- Link3D, which provides a suite of mission-critical software applications that are instrumental to scaling additive manufacturing capabilities, is excited to announce the addition of Daniel Langraf to it European leadership team. Daniel joins Link3D as Regional Director of EMEA, based in Munich, dedicated to driving additive growth in Europe.

Daniel joins Link3D with an extensive background in digital transformation for additive manufacturing. He was previously with 3YourMind, Materialise, and Autodesk. Link3D will be focusing its efforts on helping organizations and clients in the EU to maximize their return on additive manufacturing investments through digitization of their supply chains. In 2020, Link3D also expanded to Japan and APAC regions.

Daniel Landgraf explains, “Over the last decade, I’ve seen organizations adopt digital strategies to improve their production lifecycle moving from CAD to digitizing their AM workflows. As more companies look to additive manufacturing to improve product performance and disrupt their supply chain, the ability to enable end-to-end traceability and manufacturing repeatability is critical – Link3D is best equipped with the right digital infrastructure and experienced team to deliver on the promises of Industry 4.0.” He continues, “I am very pleased and proud with the trust Shane Fox, Vishal Singh, and their team have placed in me to set up the European branch and thus continue Link3D's path as a globally operating company.”

Europe currently has the second largest additive manufacturing market share in the world, after North America. By expanding to this region, Link3D now has direct access to some of the largest key industry players. “Link3D is setting the stage to establish a sales and customer service presence from Munich, following our recent agreements with PostNord, EOS GmbH and Fraunhofer.” shares Mark Seaton, EVP of Sales and Marketing at Link3D. “This is a key strategic move for Link3D to grow its customer network as we continue to expand and support the global market.”
